Tallinn. Between flights

Things that surprised me:
= All speak in Russian. And drivers, and children and adolescents. In my opinion, even without an estonian accent. I heard russian with this famous estonian aaaaccennnttt only at the airport with flight announcements and from flight attendants on the plane.
= All times, we went by bus number 2 (airport-center-airport), the price of the ticket for us was different: from 80 cents to one euro sixty.
= The weather In Tallinn, both times we were there, was colder than Moscow and Amsterdam - from 13 to 17 degrees. Both times it was August!
